Therapeutic Approaches
Depending on the needs of the client approaches I often incorporate in therapy are Schema therapy, Cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic therapy, and Person-centered therapy.
Sessions are 50 minutes and begin with an initial 15-minute phone call to get to know one another and discuss what you would like to accomplish in therapy. Session fees will be discussed and agreed upon during our initial call. Please note fees are not currently covered under health insurance providers.
The pace and length of therapy will always be based on what works best for you. Trust in any client-therapist relationship is essential for providing a safe environment to discuss the issues that matter most to you; therefore, topics discussed during sessions will remain confidential. Questions and feedback are welcome and encouraged to help you along the journey of self-reflection.
